1. When the manual hydraulic forklift is reversing, you should first check the situation behind the vehicle and select the reversing target. When reversing, you can look back at the rear, look at the side reversing, and look at the rearview mirror to reverse. For target selection, the longitudinal centerline of the forklift is aligned with the target, the side line of the forklift is aligned with the target, or the wheel is close to the edge of the target. After starting with reverse gear, control the speed, pay attention to the surrounding conditions, and correct the direction at any time.

2. Manual hydraulic forklift reversing driving operation requirements: When the forklift is reversing, you should first observe the surrounding environment, and get out of the vehicle to check if necessary. When reversing in a straight line, keep the rear wheels upright and make fewer hits and retracements when making corrections. When reversing on a curve, you should first see the situation behind the car, and you can reverse when the reversing conditions are available. When reversing, drive the outer wheel as close to the outer sideline as possible to avoid inner scratching or pressing. When reversing a turn, taking care of the entire vehicle's movement, the rear wheels of the forklift must also be considered as wheel wheels. Pay attention to whether the rear inner wheels and outer wheels will drive out of the road or hit obstacles. In the process of reversing, the inner front wheel should be as close as possible to the pile or obstacle in order to correct the direction in time to avoid the obstacle.

The forks of the truck have different specifications, the standard length is more than 1150mm, but if customers have different requirements for the forks, they can be customized. If the fork is longer, the price will be more expensive. Generally speaking, if it is not a specific industry, a standard-length fork is sufficient.

The front and rear wheels are made of ordinary nylon wheels, but sometimes in order to reduce noise, polyurethane wheels are chosen.
