How to maintain the tailboard of a truck in winter?

With the popularization of loading and unloading machinery and equipment, automobile tailboard are often used as a large proportion of lifting loading and unloading machinery and equipment. Therefore, people should often carry out maintenance on the tailboard to avoid common failures and increase the service life of the tailboard. We have summed up a dozen points to maintain the tailboard of the car.

1. Butter should be added to the entire tail plate every 15 to 20 days; the plate has a total of 12 oil cups (butter filling ports) on each rotating shaft.

2. Use clean water to rinse the mud, sand and other foreign matter attached to the tailboard of the car (especially the moving parts) in time, otherwise it will have an adverse effect on the use of the tailboard.

3. It is forbidden to clean the power unit box and electrical control box with high pressure water gun at close range when washing the car. If the power unit, electric control box, or box cover is found to be off, broken or deformed, they should be replaced in time.

4. When loading corrosive materials such as acids and alkalis, care should be taken to prevent the tail plate of the car from being corroded by corrosive materials;

5. Check the oil tank oil level every two weeks to ensure that the oil level is not less than 75% of the tank volume. If it is insufficient, replenish hydraulic oil in time. If the hydraulic oil is lower than the specified amount, the oil pump will produce abnormal noise, which will shorten the service life of the oil pump.

6. When checking the hydraulic oil, if the hydraulic oil turns white and milky white (water intake), or the hydraulic oil turns black (use time is too long), the system should be cleaned in time and replaced with new hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil should be changed at least every six months. When injecting new oil, filter with a filter screen of 200 mesh or more.

7. When the ambient temperature is lower than -10℃, low-temperature hydraulic oil (such as YC-N32 low-condensing hydraulic oil) should be used;

8. The battery capacity is not less than 80Ah. For tailboards that are used frequently, the battery capacity should be checked regularly. Every once in a while (usually 10 to 20 days), the vehicle battery should be charged by external charging.

9. Be sure to check the power cord from the battery to the tailboard motor. If any damage is found, replace or bandage the damaged parts in time.

10. Check every rotating part for excessive wear every month. If it is, please replace it in time. Check whether the fasteners are loose. If so, please fasten it in time. Check whether there are cracks in the weld, if there is, please repair it in time. Check whether the tailboard is severely peeled off. If so, please repair it in time. Check if there are any badly rusted parts. If it is, please replace it in time.

11. After the tail plate is used for a long time, the power system, pipes, pipe joints and oil cylinders may loosen and leak oil. Check and tighten all connecting parts in time. If the tightening work still does not solve the leakage, it should be repaired at the designated repair shop immediately.

12. Check the high-pressure oil pipe once a month. If the tubing is found to be damaged or broken in appearance, it should be replaced immediately.
