The tailgate of a car is a hydraulically driven cargo loading and unloading equipment installed on the tail of trucks and various sealed vehicles. It can not only be used for loading and unloading cargo, but also as the tailgate of van-type trucks, so it is usually called tailgate.
1. Oil leakage in the pipeline: the sealing ring is worn, the pipe joint is loose, and there are cracks in the electric welding. Replace the sealing ring, re-tighten and re-weld.
2. The oil pump has no effect after the motor is started: the motor reverses, and the position of the commutation line is changed.
3. Sinking: the solenoid valve is stuck with foreign matter or abnormally worn, and the oil is leaking. Remove and wash or replace the solenoid valve, and check the oil circuit and cylinder.
4. Oil leakage in the oil cylinder: the sealing ring is worn and the oil cylinder assembly is worn out. Replace the sealing ring and the oil cylinder assembly.
5. No oil pressure: The hydraulic oil level is too low, and the oil pump is damaged. Add mechanical oil. Repair or replace the oil.
6. The pressure drops or the adjustment is not high: the pressure adjusting screw is loose, the valve body has foreign matter, the valve body is worn, re-tighten, wash the valve body and reinstall, exchange the valve body.
